These terms apply to your use of choicedj.co.uk ("the site") and to enquiries you submit for DJ services from Choice DJ. Engagements for specific events are governed by the separate booking contract we issue once a quote is accepted.
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to enquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information through our contact forms.
Information on the site (including pricing examples and packages) is for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer. Final pricing and availability are confirmed in writing in response to your enquiry.
Bookings are confirmed only once a signed booking form and any required deposit have been received. Cancellation, deposit and balance terms are set out in that booking contract.
All content on the site — including text, logos, photography and video — is owned by Choice DJ or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
The site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, venue partners). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice DJ excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
